Born in Vietnam and raised in Chinese family, came to The United States in 1980. Graduated with honors obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, practiced as a Phlebotomist at the Outpatient Department in Kings County Hospital and also served as an Associate Laboratory in NYC Department Of Health, and served as Notary Public for more than two decades.
